Bentley Vancouver reveals the new 336 km/h Continental Supersports

Fastest four-seat road car ever unveiled in front of enthusiastic crowd
There's only one Bentley Motors, and there's only one Bentley Vancouver, its white marble, hardwood, leather and glass showroom, which is normally packed full of exquisitely beautiful, tastefully luxurious and incredibly capable road cars, filled to capacity Saturday evening for the unveiling of its fastest production model ever, the new Continental Supersports.
The excitement was palatable, even amongst the experienced auto enthusiasts attending, but of course this was no ordinary sports coupe. Behind the Continental Supersports unique front fascia and below its new double-vented hood rests a 700-horsepower twin-turbocharged 12-cylinder engine capable of catapulting the luxuriously appointed 2,750-kilo super coupe to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds before attaining a top speed of 336 km/h (209 mph)!
That makes it quicker off the line and ultimately faster than the previous benchmark Continental GT3-R, a model inspired by Bentley's GT3 endurance racing car. The new Continental Supersports is nothing less than the most powerful production Bentley ever offered, its four wheels motivated by an otherworldly 750 lb-ft of torque. This not only makes it the quickest Bentley to ever sprint to 100km/h, but also the world's fastest four-seat luxury vehicle, period. No wonder the crowd was in awe.
While a hardtop was on display ahead of a beautiful forested mural replete with a beckoning winding two-lane backcountry road, the new Continental Supersports is also available sans roof, the soft-top version now the fastest four-seat convertible in the world at 3.9 seconds to 100km/h with a top speed of 330 km/h (205 mph).
All the more reason to celebrate by pouring some tasty red and white while partaking in plentiful hors d'oeuvres, relaxing to the light jazz amblings of a superb local piano and upright bass duo, not to mention the occasional smooth vocals of Dilawri Group Vancouver's very own multi-talented Marketing Administrative Assistant, Brie Flemington, and of course enjoying good conversation with likeminded Bentley aficionados.

With over 700 horsepower and 700 lbs-ft of torque, this vehicle has some serious thrust… I introduce to you the Bentley Continental Supersports!" at which point the Bentley Supersports was unveiled and the room's anticipatory intensity released into applause and smiles.
The crowd took turns inside the new Supersports, this example sporting a red, cream and black motif as part of its standard three-hue "colour split", this being the first tri-tone interior design available for the current Continental GT. Additionally, Supersports seat inserts and door panel inserts feature a new diamond-quilted design in suede-like Alcantara, while exclusive checkered Supersports carbon-fibre fascia panels came as part of this example, these offered alongside ten existing veneers and technical trim finishes. Completing the cabin design is Supersports emblem stitching, a bespoke Supersports steering wheel, and an exclusive gearlever, the latter two sporting Alcantara trim as well.
